Matt (they/them) is an award winning Video Designer and Director with a passion for blending storytelling, technology & music to craft reality defying experiences.
They began creating theatre as a teenager, running multiple award-winning youth & community theatre projects across the East Midlands. They later gained a First Class Honors at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in Performance Art. During the pandemic, they pioneered and designed an array of digital projects, which bore a career in video design for musicals, operas & plays that have featured on stages around the world. Alongside their critically acclaimed work as a video designer, Matt directs award winning youth theatre across and has a passion for developing LGBTQ+ representation in new musical theatre.
